1.
Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the
bidding document via https://extratenders.netand https://dashen.afrotender.com
and for Bid DBOT15025/26 https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/ to
access the biding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr
Five Hundred only) for each bid reference number starting from April 13, 2026.
2. All
interested bidders should be registered on the Bank's supplier list database
system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/.
3.
Copy of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN
Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.
4.
Bidders shall present a bid security in the form of unconditional &
irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) or) at least valid
for 120 days upon submission of proposal/or offer. At the same time, the bid
validity shall be 90 days.
5.
Bidders must submit their TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in a separate
envelope in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid
security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document as follows: -
- For
bid Ref No. DBOT14625/26 and DBOT14725/26, the sealed bid proposal shall be
placed in the box prepared for this purpose on April 24,2026 up to 5:00 PM,
Afternoon at the address stated below.
- For
bid Ref No. DBOT14825/26, the sealed bid proposal shall be placed in the box
prepared for this purpose on April 27,2026 up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon at the
address stated below.
- For
bid Ref.DBOT14925/26 the sealed bid proposal shall be placed in the box
prepared on for this purpose on April 20,2026 up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon at the
address stated below.
- For
bid Ref No. DBOT15025/26, the sealed bid proposal shall be submitted through
the Banks Online system electronically before or on April 24,2026 up to 5:00
PM, Afternoon.
6.
Bids shall be opened as follows: -
All
Bids shall be opened tentatively the day after the submission date in the
presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
7.
Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 3 to 5 shall
result in automatic rejection.
8. The
Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
