1.
Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of
the bidding document via https://extratenders.net and https://dashen.afrotender.com to
access the biding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr
Five Hundred only) for each bid reference number starting from March 23, 2026.
2. For
bid Ref. No. DBOT13725/26 interested and eligible bidders are invited to
download the bid document via the Bank SAP Ariba System starting from March 23,
2026 as prerequisite; a non- refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr
Only) must be paid. Payment should be deposited into Account No.180020002 at
any Dashen Bank Branch. Bidders must upload their payment advice via the
provided in the SAP Ariba System to gain full access to document.
3. All
interested bidders should be registered on the Bank's supplier list data
base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/
4.
Copy of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and
TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.
5.
Bidders shall present a bid security in the form of unconditional
& irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) at least
valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal/or offer. At the same time, the
bid validity shall be 90 days.
6.
Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate
envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original andcopy accompanied
by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document
as follows:
- For
bid Ref.No.
DBOT13725/26, the sealed bid proposal shall be submitted through online system
electronically before or on April 3, 2026, up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon
- For
bid Ref. No. DBOT13425/26, DBOT13525/26 and DBOT13625/26 the sealed bid
proposal shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on April 6, 2026,
up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon at the place mentioned under No. 7 below
7.
Bids shall be opened as follows:-

Ref. No. DBOT13425/26, DBOT13525/26 and DBOT13625/26 shall be opened on
the presence of the bidder's or their legal representative at Dashen Bank Head
Quarter Building, 7th floor, Supply Chain Management
Department meeting hall tentatively on April 7 at 2:00 PM, Afternoon.
- Bid
Ref. No. DBOT13725/26 shall be opened through online system electronically
tentatively on April 4, 2026 at 9:30 AM Morning.
8.
Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 3 to 6
shall result in automatic rejection.
9. The
Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or
fully.
