2) Interested and eligible bidders
are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https://extratenders. net/ and https://dashen.afrotender.com
to access the biding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00
(Birr Five Hundred only) for each bid reference number starting from February
09, 2026.
3) Bidders are advised to visit
our official website at www. dashenbanksc.com or directly access supplier
registration page at https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-
registration/to register as a supplier on our Bank's SAP Ariba Electronic
system.
4) Bidding will be conducted
using the Bank's open tender procedures.
5) Copy of memorandum of
association, renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and
TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.
6) Bidders shall present a bid
security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or
cashier's payment order (CPO) or) at least valid for 120 days upon submission
of proposal/or offer for each bid reference mentioned in above table. At the
same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days for each lots.
7) Bidders must submit the
TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies
labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable
form as stated in the bidding document for both bid reference numbers.
8) The sealed bid document shall
be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on February 23, 2026, up to
5:00PM for all bids at the place mentioned herein Electronic submission is not allowed,
and late bids will automatically result in rejection.
9) Bid opening shall be conducted
in the presence of the bidder's or their legal representative at Dashen Bank
Head Afternoon.
10) Bids shall be opened in the
presence of the bidder's or their legal representative at Dashen Bank Head
Quarter Building. 7th floor, Supply Chain Management Department meeting hall
tentatively on February 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM Afternoon.
11) In the event of any discrepancies
between this invitation and the bid document, the bid document prevails.
12) Failure to comply with any of
the conditions stated above shall result in automatic rejection.
13) The Bank reserves the right
to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully. For any information you
