2. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document for bid Ref. No. DBOT11425/26 via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-

supplier-registration/ and for bid Ref. No. DBOT11525/26 via https://extratenders.net/ Or https://dashen.afrotender  com to access the bidding document by having paid Non- refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) starting from February 2, 2026.

3. All interested bidders should be registered on the Bank's supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/.

4. Renewed Commercial Registration, Business License, TIN Registration Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and Incorporation Documents (ie., Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association, Bylaws, Minutes, etc.) are required while submitting the bid document.

5. Bidders shall present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) or) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal/or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days for each bid reference Number.

6. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER through online system, electronically before/ on Friday, February 13, 2026 for bid Ref. No. DBOT11425/26. 7. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in person for bid Ref. No. DBOT11525/26 on Monday,February 16, 2026 up to 5:00 PM Afternoon the sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose.

8. Bids shall be opened electronically tentatively on February 14, 2026 at 9:30 A.M, Morning for bid Ref. No. DBOT11425/26.

9. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidder's or their legal representative at Dashen Bank Head Quarter Building, 7th floor, Supply Chain Management Department meeting hall tentatively on February 17, 2026 at 2:30 PM Afternoon;

10. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above shall result in automatic rejection.

11. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
