Configuration, Implementation, and Maintenance
Support of a Treasury Management System (TMS)

1) Dashen Bank is seeking
information from experienced participants for the provision
of a comprehensive Treasury Management System
(TMS) solution encompassing the supply,
installation, configuration, implementation, and
maintenance support of a Treasury Management System.
This initiative aims to enhance the Bank's treasury capabilities to achieve key objectives, including but not
limited to: improving governance, strengthening
controls, and increasing operational
efficiency. The proposed solution must be
high-performing and secure, while strictly aligning
with the regulatory frameworks and demonstrating seamless integration capabilities with the Bank's Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
2) The primary purpose of this
Request for Information (RFI) is to gather detailed
information from interested bidders who are
capable of providing a reliable, efficient, and end to end secure TMS solution that meets the Bank's technical,
financial, and operational requirements.
3) Interested and eligible
participants are invited to
download of the RFI document free
of charge via https://dashen.afrotender.com/ or afrotender.com to
access the RFI document starting from February 02,2026.
4) The RFI responses must be
delivered in person at the Dashen Bank S.C, Supply
Chain Management Department, HQ Building 7th
floor in front of National Bank of Ethiopia no later
than February 16,2026, up to 5:00PM EAT.
5) The RFI responses received on
time and fulfilling all other formalities will be opened in
the presence of interested bidders or their
authorized legal representatives tentatively on
February 17, 2026, at 2:00PM AM EAT at the Dashen Bank Head Quarter, 7th Floor, Supply Chain Management Meeting
Avenue.
6) This RFI is strictly for
information gathering purposes and does not constitute
a formal bid or commitment to enter into a
contractual agreement. Participation is voluntary and all costs associated with
responding to this RFI shall be borne by the
submitting party.
