1. Interested
and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding
document via https://extratenders.net/ Or https://dashen.afrotender.com to access the biding document by having paid
Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five
Hundred only) for each bid reference
number starting from December 1, 2025.
2. All
interested bidders should be registered on the Bank’s supplier list data base
system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/.
3. Copy
of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN
Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.
4. Bidders
shall present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable
Bank Guarantee or cashier’s payment order (CPO) or) at least valid for 120 days
upon submission of proposal/or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall
be 90 days for all lots.
5. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original
and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in
the bidding document for both bid reference numbers.
6. The sealed bid document shall
be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on
§ December 12, 2025, up to 5:00PM for bid ref.no. DBOT06625/26 and DBOT06825/26
7. December 15, 2025 for bid ref.no. DBOT06725/26 at the place mentioned under No. 8 below Bids
shall be opened in the presence of the bidder’s or their legal representative
at Dashen Bank Head Quarter Building, 7th floor, Supply Chain Management
Department meeting hall tentatively as follows;

bid ref.no. DBOT06625/26 and DBOT06825/26 on December
13, 2025 at 9:30 AM Morning and for
bid ref.no. DBOT06725/26 on December 16, 2025 2:00 PM Afternoon
8. Failure to
comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 3 to 6 shall result in
automatic rejection.
9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or
reject the bid either partially or fully.
